No clinical signs and mortality observed at mean maximum achievable concentration of 3.26 mg/L. Hence the LD50 of test item Herballent® Spray is >3.26 mg/L.
Acute Eye Irritation/Corrosion Study in New Zealand White Rabbits (OECD Guidelines No. 405)
Herballent® Spray is considered as mild irritant and classified as “Category 2B” as per the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). Herballent® Spray revealed ocular lesions up to 72 hours post installations to the eye of New Zealand White rabbits with single ocular instillation and found reverted at Day 7 observation.
